Work flow, labor productivity and quality performance in various stages of production; e.g. cutting, sewing, washing and finishing are monitored by a computerized system.
The plant has the facility for carrying out various special treatments as required by the day’s fashion trends. In the development washing department the living colors of indigo, which give blue jeans its unique character, are rediscovered, reareated and brought together wth other colors through new washing techniques everyday.
