MARKETING & MERCHANDISING SERVICE
Marketing & merchandising service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and marketing services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
FABRIC
Our sourcing team understands, discusses and interprets the needs and ideas of our customers. Fabric specialists are able to predict upcoming fabric trends in the market and experiment with all sorts of washes to find a wide range of suitable fabrics for our versatile collections.
MODELLING ROOM
4 highly skilled pattern makers both experienced in Assysyt and Gerber programs to fulfil all pattern requirements.
CUTTING
Fabric is rolled out and placed on the tables 20 m long and layered. Amount variable from 50-70 layers. Pattern paper with fabric parts is fixed on top of the fabric pile to ensure accurate cutting.
PLANNING UNIT
Planning unit of the company, makes critical path analysis, predicts and sets all stages of production. Connects and plans in-house and subcontracted production units for a rapid on-time deliveries.this involves a long term overview around the year, based on market forecast.
An agreement is necessary about whether the production unit can cope up with the expected sales, in terms of overall volume and in terms of specialized plant and operatives. The action is required of relevant departments to revise the plan, Purchase the necessary machinery, train stuff , obtain new premises or lease off unwanted ones.
SAMPLE STITCHING
We develop and produce contemporary, denim and non denim collections in our sample stitchings room.
PRODUCTION SEWING
Industrial sewing is quite complex process involving many preparations and mathematical calculations for the perfect seam quality.
Good quality sewing also depends on the sound technical knowledge that goes into pattern designing and making.
All kinds of products are shaped into their first form with quality, with no eror philosophy in our sewing factory with high technology machinery.
SAMPLE FINISHING
Sample finishing - Cleaning, ironing, nailing, final measurement and colour inspection are applied by our quality team for each samples.
PACKING - FINISHING
Multiple packing strategies are followed in our packing unit.
